Nice Post Mike . Your blog covers some great topics. It is possible from time to time that people do make a logo that resembles another just due to the nature of humankind . I am not defending theft but identifying that sometimes it happens . I created a piece here in Canada that was then "copied" in Italy the artist and I do not know one another and the work itself travels different circles yet it side by side was almost identical !! I am now good friends with this artist and neither of us feel "ripped off" just closer on some form of like minds principal !!
